(Recreational, Educational, Playful) Program
The REP program enables the Crisis Nursery staff to incorporate Recreational, Educational and Playful programming into the everyday care of children at the Nursery.
Sometimes this means playing in the house, doing sports activities in the back yard or taking children to events and outings in Saskatoon. Through their participation in these activities, children are able to take their mind off of their current situation and simply enjoy being a child. We are always looking for donations that help us enrich the child’s stay at the Nursery.
If you or someone you know can help with gift certificates or tickets to a family/child friendly event please contact Lisa at email@example.com
The Crisis Nursery operates with financial assistance from:
- Ministry of Social Services
- Donated money, and items from community organizations, businesses, and individuals.
Please help us continue to assist those children in need here in Saskatoon.
We can only do what we do with your support. Please help by going to our Give page and making a financial contribution today.
The Crisis Nursery provides nutritional meals and snacks to all children staying in our home. Thats over 10,000 meals a year!! Our Nutrition Program ensures that children are provided foods that are integral to a healthy diet.
Our annual food budget is $36,000. We fund raise and rely on donations and grants for this entire amount. We accept grocery store gift card donations, non perishable food items as well as money that can be targeted for this program.
Please consider sponsoring to feed the children who need the Nursery.
